Physical resistance reducing agent is a high-tech powder grounding material developed by our company through long-term production practice. This product has anti-corrosion and conductive stability. And it is widely used in earthing system of electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, communication, finance and other fields.

 

1. High conductivity

To achieve good resistance reduction effect, the material's own resistivity should be low. Physical resistance reducing agents are made of non-metallic conductive materials and rely on the dense electronic connection of the conductive material, which is not affected by moisture. This type of resistance reducing agent that relies on electronic conductivity mechanism is particularly suitable for deserts and dry and rainy mountainous areas. Even if water is dispersed, the resistivity still maintains a low state, and the resistance reduction effect is also significant.

 

2. High mechanical strength

The resistance reducing agent adopts different material gradations, and is mixed with water before construction on the grounding body. Under the condition of natural soil curing, the compressive strength of the resistance reducing agent reaches 10MPa. High mechanical strength has a concrete like effect, protecting the grounding body from rainwater erosion and to some extent preventing the grounding body from being stolen, all of which have practical significance in steep mountain lines.

 

3. Excellent anti-corrosion performance

Chemical resistance reducing agents cause corrosion (especially chloride ions) to steel grounding bodies due to the release of harmful ions. Soil exhibits significant non-uniformity due to its physical and chemical properties. Additionally, some strength free (non solidifying) resistance reducing agents may cause corrosion by invading the steel grounding body due to the lack of compactness of the coating, as well as the invasion of moisture, oxygen, microorganisms, etc. In the second point, it is mentioned that physical resistance reducing agents have the characteristics of concrete. After construction and solidification, they have high strength and density, which inhibits steel corrosion. In addition, physical resistance reducing agents have a high pH value, which can block the corrosion of many acidic ions. This is why the steel bars in concrete have good corrosion resistance. Physical resistance reducing agents also add corrosion inhibitors to protect the grounding body.

 

4. Long term

Chemical resistance reducing agents have weakened or become ineffective due to the loss of ions. Physical resistance reducing agents are all made of inert non-metallic materials, which are insoluble, non draining, and not affected by rainwater erosion in the soil. They have stable properties and maintain low electrical resistivity in the soil for more than 30 years. In addition, after the construction of resistance reducing agents for grounding electrodes, the influence of seasonal factors on grounding resistance is minimal.

 

5. Environmentally friendly

The product does not contain organic matter, does not contain heavy metals such as mercury and chromium, and has no impact on water resources and vegetation.
